This morning, The TransLatin@ Coalition gathered at Los Angeles City Hall to demand full support for the TGI Wellness and Equity Initiative — a long-overdue investment in the safety, health, and dignity of transgender, gender expansive, and intersex (TGI) Angelenos. Speaking at the event, COO and Vice President Maria Roman-Taylorson called on city leaders to fund the community organizations that have led this work for decades, urging immediate action to ensure equity and justice for TGI communities across Los Angeles.

On October 18, 2025, The TransLatin@ Coalition joined thousands of voices at Gloria Molina Grand Park for the No Kings Rally & March — a day that will live in the spirit of our movement.

On February 13, advocates, community leaders, and allies joined forces at the Kenneth Hall of Administration in Los Angeles for the impactful Show Us Love Rally aimed to raise awareness about the disparities faced by transgender individuals and push for tangible action from the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.
