For three years, we’ve called on the City of LA to stand with transgender, gender-expansive, and intersex (TGI) Angelenos. It’s time for real, sustained action — and we’re not backing down. 💪🏽🏳️‍⚧️

This rally is our collective call for:
✨ Safety and dignity for TGI communities
✨ Equity in city resources and services
✨ Funding for the community-based orgs doing the work

Why Attend

For three years, our community has waited for the City of Los Angeles to take meaningful action and prioritize the wellbeing of transgender, gender expansive, and intersex Angelenos. The TGI Wellness and Equity Initiative represents a long-overdue commitment to equity, safety, and dignity for some of our city’s most marginalized residents.

If the City Council continues to demonstrate a lack of political will to stand with the trans community, then it must, at minimum, fund the community organizations that have carried this work forward for decades without adequate support. The need is urgent and the time is now — especially in a political climate where trans and immigrant communities are being directly targeted and undermined.

We call on our city leaders to join us in support of the TGI: Wellness and Equity Initiative.
