Update: Mayoral Candidates Forum Rescheduled

Dear Community Members,

We hope this message finds you well.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, The TransLatin@ Coalition’s Los Angeles City Mayoral Candidates Forum, originally scheduled for March 30, has been rescheduled to a date in April. We made this decision with care to ensure we can hold a space that fully honors the importance of this moment and the voices of our community.

This forum remains a critical opportunity to center the needs and experiences of Transgender, Gender-Expansive, and Intersex (TGI) communities, and to engage directly with candidates on issues that impact our livesβ€”such as healthcare, housing, and workforce development.

We will be sharing the new confirmed date, time, and event details very soon. If you have already RSVP’d, your registration will be honored, and you will receive updated information directly.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to bring this important conversation to our community. We look forward to gathering with you in April.

In solidarity,
The TransLatin@ Coalition

✨ Community, we invite you to be part of a historic moment ✨

Held during Trans Week of Visibility, this forum centers the voices, experiences, and leadership of Transgender, Gender-Expansive, and Intersex (TGI) communities.

We are creating a space where mayoral candidates are called in to share how they will show up for our communitiesβ€”from healthcare and housing to workforce development and beyondβ€”and how they will collaborate with TGI-led organizations to build a more just Los Angeles.

🎟️ Seating is limited β€” RSVP through the link in our bio for in-person attendance, event details, and accessibility information.

Our communities deserve leadership that sees us, values us, and fights alongside us. Join us as we continue advancing equity, visibility, and justice at every level.
