State of California makes crucial investment to protect gender-affirming care and strengthen California’s network of providers 

California has made a one-time $26 million dollar investment over a three-year period to stabilize the state’s provider network through grants for infrastructure and operations, along with a $30 million investment to be allocated to an Uncompensated Care Fund that will be available for providers to bill for rising costs.
