California has made a one-time $26 million dollar investment over a three-year period to stabilize the state’s provider network through grants for infrastructure and operations, along with a $30 million investment to be allocated to an Uncompensated Care Fund that will be available for providers to bill for rising costs. 

The TransLatin@ Coalition took to the streets of Hollywood for the 56th annual LA Pride Parade, bringing Trans Power to one of the most iconic celebrations in the country, and making sure our community was seen, heard, and celebrated.

Our organization, in partnership with The California Endowment and Jacqueline Caraves embarked in a new task to amplify the needs of Trans Latin@s in the southern part of our golden state. The sole purpose of this project was to make an assessment about what are the needs that would make Trans Latin@s in southern California healthy individuals.
